Villa Amavi Rates

 

Villa Amavi accommodates different group sizes from 2-8 guests. The nightly rate is based on a minimum of 2 guests, and additional per night per person charge is applied for each guest after the first 2 guests. This allows us to ensure the Villa remains affordable for smaller groups.  Based on the number of guests in your booking we will configure the beds to best suit your needs and bedrooms not needed will be closed. 

When you arrive at your luxury holiday home, the Villa will be yours to enjoy in complete privacy for the duration of your stay. 

On arrival, you will find a complimentary welcome gift waiting with a selection of local goodies and a bottle of red, white or sparkling wine. In addition, for guests booking directly through the Villa Amavi website, you will also find a complimentary Amavi Camembert & Lillypilly platter to enjoy during your stay. 

 

Extras & Add-ons

At the time of booking you can choose to add any of the Amavi Extras & Add-ons (Hampers & Platters and Relaxation Essentials) to your booking.   Alternatively, these can be added closer to the time of your stay or let me know if you'd like something tailored to suit your group or special occasion. 

Retreat Packages

Various packages have been designed to provide the ultimate relaxation experience at Villa Amavi, these will generally include a combination of accommodation, hampers and platters and relaxation & pampering essentials. For details view our range of Retreat Packages.

Booking 

Use the BOOK NOW button on the top right of the website to book directly through the Villa Amavi booking engine.

Once we receive your booking, we'll send a confirmation email and receipt.  A few days before your stay we'll also send another email with directions and check-in details, including the code for the lockbox with the keys for access.

Terms & Conditions 

Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 pm
Checkout: by 10:00 am
(when available we're happy to offer an early check-in or late checkout on request)
 

Self-check-in with key safe  | No smoking  |   No parties or events  |  Pets are allowed on request

Payment Terms:
30% deposit at the time of booking
70% balance due 21 days prior to your check-in date. 
Note: when your booking is received within 21 days of your check-in date,
the balance will be processed at the time of booking. 
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation with a full refund up to 5 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation within 5 days of your check-in will forfeit the deposit amount.
