Villa Amavi's recently renovated kitchen is perfect for the foodies that love to cook and delight the group with their creations.
Everything you need is at your fingertips. The kitchen is centrally located in the Villa with a huge island bench and seating so everyone can be part of the experience and still take advantage of the views.
The kitchen is fit for a Chef with a large 6-burner gas cooktop, large electric oven, steamer oven and large french-door fridge/freezer.
Walk-in Butler's Pantry
The Butlers Pantry offers plenty of space for preparing meals or hiding the clean-up until you're ready.
Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher in the pantry, and essential appliances such as a kettle and toaster. There are also some nice-to-have appliances, including a pasta maker, mineral water filter, soda stream, Nutri bullet, sandwich maker, citrus juicer, slow cooker, popcorn maker and ice cream maker.
Pay-It-Forward Pantry & Complimentary Cooking Essentials
Since we renovated the kitchen in 2019, we've had some fantastic reviews on the panty. We've decided to take it up a notch and keep it stocked for guests to use on a "Pay-It-Forward" basis and provide loads of complimentary pantry essentials.
The "Pay-It-Forward Pantry" means guests are welcome to use whatever is in the pantry and only replace something if it runs out during their stay. This way, we can ensure everything can be topped up and ready for the next guests and keep your shopping bill down during your stay.
Pay-It-Forward Pantry items include: Raw, Castor & Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Dried Fruits, Nuts, Seeds, Coconut Flakes, Cornflour, Plain, Self Raising & Gluten-Free flours, Arborio, Basmati & Brown Rice, Pasta, Quinoa and Lentils, Local Breakfast Crunch, Muesli, Oats & Popcorn plus a variety of tinned goods.
Complimentary items include: Selection of spreads, including jams, marmalades, honey, peanut butter, vegemite, a large selection of Herbs & Spices, Oils, Sauces & Condiments. There is also hot chocolate, Coffee pods or coffee beans to use in the Nespresso or built-in Miele Coffee Machine. For those that prefer a good cup of tea, we also provide a variety of teas and herbal infusions.
You might also find some ice creams or ice blocks in the freezers. Previous guests sometimes leave these with a note to say "for the next guests to enjoy".
Second Kitchen & Kitchenettes
Second Kitchen Space for larger groups
When the Villa is booked for 5 or more guests, you will also have access to the 2nd kitchen near the family room.
Perfect for larger groups as another tea/coffee making facility, it includes a jug, toaster, oven, electric stovetop or microwave, second fridge/freezer for drinks or food storage or as an overflow kitchen area for food preparations.
