Laundry
The large Laundry is well equipped with a front-loading washing machine, condenser dryer, drying racks & outdoor clothesline. Laundry and cleaning supplies are provided for guests, and items you might run out of during your stay are also kept in the Laundry drawers. You will also find spare extension cables, light bulbs and batteries if needed during your stay.
Pets
We know how important the fur family members are, so happy to accommodate where we can. Pets are allowed on request; we prefer small to medium dogs. There is a fully fenced area off the outdoor terrace and down the side of the house for them to use. As we are in a rainforest, we don't advise leaving the dogs outside unattended. It's okay for them to be inside with you, or when you go out, we just ask you to keep them off sofas and beds; throw rugs are provided just in case. There are also dog bowls and beds in the garage if needed.
We don't charge extra for pets but ask that you clean up after them before you leave.
Air conditioning & ceiling fans
Essential in the tropics, the house is fully air-conditioned throughout, with ceiling fans in most rooms and screens on all doors and windows if you prefer not to use the air con.
Safety
A First Aid Kit is provided above the fridge in the kitchen. A Fire Extinguisher & Fire Blankets are supplied in both kitchens. Smoke detectors are fitted in all bedrooms and hallways.
Security screens & doors
All rooms are fitted with security screens and security doors on the terrace sliding doors.
Parking
The Villa has a remote-controlled double garage that will fit two cars; there is also a parking bay in front of the house, and another 1 or 2 cars can park in front of the garage if needed.
